Graham Cracker Pie Crust

18 half (broken in two) graham grackers. Roll out on wax paper with rolling pin, until they're very fine. Add:

  • 1/3 cup sugar, granulated
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Mix together. Then add 1/2 cup softened butter or margerine and work through thoroughly.  Pat out in 8 inch glass pie plate. Work with giner tips, use all mix. Shape in ungreased pie plates.
